We have several registrations for the callRecord webhook, but we haven't received any events since Saturday, October 12th, 2024. Can anyone else confirm if they are experiencing the same issue?

- Check subscription status: Make sure your subscription is active and has not expired. The maximum validity period of a subscription is three days, and you need to renew it regularly.
- Verify notification URL: Make sure the notificationUrl you provided is correct and that notifications can be received and processed. Make sure your webhook endpoint is publicly accessible and there are no firewalls or network issues blocking the delivery of notifications.
- Check permissions: Make sure your application has the correct permissions. For callRecord change notifications, you need the CallRecords.Read.All permission, which needs to be checked and updated in the Azure portal.
- Check logs and error messages: Review the logs of your webhook endpoint to check for any error messages or unprocessed notifications.

Tristan Valentino 0 Reputation points2024-10-15T12:35:10.6866667+00:00 we're experiencing the same. i believe they're having an outage - even the teams admin center is showing no user activity after the 12th despite there certainly being calls and meetings going on in my org.
