Unable to Authenticate with Verification Code with MFA

I am not able to log into our Company's azure portal. My MFA code is not allowing me in. Error is with the verification code. We need to get into the portal to review all our services. Please advise. I am not able to review or change the password.

"You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again. "

    I am experiencing the same issue. I am prompted for MFA and complete the process using the MS Authenticator app via push. I am then prompted again for a MFA code which does not work with the "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again." error.
