Permissions to use Azure Face Api

Hi! I want to request permissions to use Azure Face Api. When filling out the form, they ask for an application id. But I only have the Face Api resource created. Do I have to create an application in Azure? How is it linked to the resource I have created? Thank you very much.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, are you using the Face Recognition intake form to apply for access? Are you working for gov?

    Which use case you are selecting? I don't see any questions related to an APP ID, please share more details. It should be only subscription question related your service info.
