Unable to validate Phone Number for Azure Sign Up

Hello!

I'm trying to register for the free trial on Azure, but on the sign up, it is required to validate the phone number, but I keep getting the same error over and over when I press "text me" or "call me". I've tried what people suggest on forums and Microsoft posts, such as setting the phone in "Use a different phone number to verify your identity" and nothing works. Can somebody help me? Thank you!
