    Hello,

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Network Discovery and File Sharing: Ensure that Network Discovery and File Sharing are turned on. You can check this in the Control Panel under "Network and Sharing Center" or through the Settings app.

Credentials: If the network share requires credentials, make sure you have entered them correctly. Sometimes, even if you've previously connected, the system may not save your credentials, or they might have expired. You can try to map the network drive with the appropriate username and password.

Firewall/Antivirus Software: Your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking access to the network location. Check the settings of these security applications and add an exception if necessary.

SMB Version Compatibility: There could be a version mismatch between the SMB (Server Message Block) protocol versions used by the client and server. Windows 11 may default to a newer version of SMB, while the server might only support an older version.

Windows Update: Make sure your system is update.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
