Copilot keeps asking me to verify my age when my birth date is set up on my account. I am 18. After clicking "Verify my age," it takes me to my Microsoft account and nothing happens afterwards. It does not return to Copilot.

    Hi Kirsten Kay Desarno,

It seems like you're having trouble with Copilot continuously asking you to verify your age, even though your birth date is correctly set up on your account. This issue may happen due to a glitch between your Microsoft account settings and Copilot.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Sign out and sign back in: Sometimes a simple sign-out and sign-in to both your Microsoft account and Copilot can refresh the settings and solve the issue.
    2. Clear browser cache: If you're redirected to your Microsoft account through a web browser, clearing your cache and cookies may help resolve any persistent login issues.
    3. Check account settings: Double-check your Microsoft account to ensure your birthdate is entered correctly under your personal info. You can also try updating or re-saving the information to trigger a sync.
    4. Try a different browser or device: Sometimes, certain browsers or devices have compatibility issues. Try using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
    5. Check for updates: Ensure that your Copilot and Microsoft software are fully up to date. Updates often fix bugs like these.

If the problem persists, you might want to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.

Please let me know if this helps, and feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
