Hi guys, basically I need help getting my newly set up business email addresses to work within 365 – Microsoft exchange. So that my email address can be used on my Teams my synchronise calendars and so on.

Currently, I have them added into outlook. I can't even search someone's name as an email suggestion if I type the word Mike it comes up with every email with those letters in together when really I'm just looking for the person's email address in my inbox.

any help with this would be amazing

    Hi, @Craig Richards

About adding business email to M365 and working in Microsoft Exchange, you can refer to the following article.

Add a domain to Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Connect your domain to Office 365 - Microsoft Support

Regarding the search function in Outlook, do you mean that the target user's email address cannot be found?

In my environment, searching for a target user's first name will automatically search for their email address.
