The mails I received are all garbled, which can't be translated by the translator and I don't know them. It's just that recently, emails have been showing a lot of clutter.

    Hi @Citleial

    Welcome to our forum!

Based on your description, it seems that you are experiencing a problem with garbled mail. Garbled emails often result from encoding issues.

Here are some steps to resolve this:

    1.Check Email Encoding Settings:

In Outlook, go to File > Options > Advanced > International Options.

Set the preferred encoding to UTF-8, which is widely used and supports multiple languages.

    2.Ensure Proper Encoding on Browser:

If you're viewing emails in a browser, right-click on the page, choose Encoding, and set it to UTF-8.

    3.Contact the Sender:

Ask the sender to ensure their email client is set to use UTF-8 encoding. This can help prevent garbled characters in future emails.
