- Try accessing the lab from an incognito / private browsing window to bypass cached data and cookies.
- Alternatively, switch to a different browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Firefox) to see if the issue persists.
- If you're on a corporate or institutional network, network restrictions or firewalls might be causing access issues. Talk to your network administrator to ensure that you have the necessary access permissions.
We have followed the instructions as provided in the lab, and we haven’t faced any issues until now.
