Unable to create new copilot with free trial version following microsoft guide

I am trying to follow the "build an initial copilot guide" on microsoft, signed up for free trial for copilot using work account but I am unable to create new copilot as per instructions just keep getting the following "update is required" error which is taking me to power platform admin centre followed by another error code as per the 2 screen grabs I have provided.
