- Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that resolves the issue.
- Update Apps: Make sure the Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive apps are up to date. Go to the Google Play Store and check for any available updates for these apps.
- Clear Cache and Data:
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and tap on the app (Outlook, Teams, or OneDrive).
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Repeat for each app.
- Reinstall Apps: Uninstall the apps and then reinstall them from the Google Play Store.
