Hi @duraimurugan DJ,
Thank you for posting in this community.
All SPO team sites add quick access to the Recycle Bin in the left navigation bar, this is because we use the same site template to create sites, which is SharePoint's default behavior.
But don't worry, users with read access can access the recycle bin but can't see the deleted items, so they can't recover the deleted content.
Users with read access:
Users with contribute access or high access level:
Maybe you want the left navigation bar to be able to not show the recycle bin, please refer to the following actions:
- Go to your SharePoint Team site >> Site Settings >> Click on Site Collection Features >> Activate the “SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure” feature. It takes a moment to activate the feature.
- Once activated, click on the “Site Features” link from site settings >> Activate the “SharePoint Server Publishing” feature.
Once the publishing feature is enabled, the recycle bin will be automatically removed from the quick launch. This action affects users across the site, all of whom will not be able to see the Recycle Bin. However, the Recycle Bin can be accessed from the site setting page or the site content page.
Please note that this method only hides the recycle bin in the left navigation bar and does not disable access to the recycle bin for users with read access, they can still access the recycle bin via site content > recycle bin and still not see the deleted items.
