Windows 10 Pro licenses cannot be used directly to activate Windows 7 Pro. If you want to use Windows 7 Pro, you'll need a valid Windows 7 Pro license key, and perform a clean install.
Please note that support for Windows 7 ended in January 2020, which means it no longer receives security updates and technical support. Continued use of an unsupported operating system can pose a security risk.
All in all, it is not recommended that you use Win7 Pro.
