Our company has a shared computer (several people use one computer) and we would like to use Excel, Word, etc. on this computer.
Could you please tell me if there are any licensing issues with the following usage method?
*I believe one license can be used on up to five devices, but will there be a warning if one account is used on more than five devices?
Also, could you please tell me if there is a way to use OfficeApps on a shared computer other than the above?

Hi @Kuronuma

In shared computer activation mode, you can install Microsoft 365 Apps on a single computer shared by multiple users. Each user signs in with their own licensed account.

Using Microsoft 365 Apps with shared computer activation enabled doesn't count against that limited number of 5 desktops/laptops.

As Vasil Michev suggested, there is another sharing mode: Device-based licensing, you may have a check.
