Unable to link Start up credits with Azure subcription

Hi Team,

We are rewarded with Azure credit via the startup founders programme. However, when we try to upgrade the Azure subscription, we run into a problem where we cannot link the rewarded credits to the Azure subscription account.

The Azure subscription page keeps on displaying

It looks like you've already upgraded.

To see the offer change on the subscription, you may need to wait a few minutes and restart your browser.

Please guide us the solution to resolve this issue so that we can take benefit of the credits rewarded to us.

    Check that the account you are trying to upgrade is eligible for the credits. Based on this this document, to transfer the credits you can try logging into the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, go to the Benefits tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section.
