Microsoft Workflows App not loading

Hello,

A few users can’t see anything in the workflows app. On the Start and Create screens, the display remains blank.2024-10-17 11_43_12-Workflows _ Microsoft Teams

Only the Chat works.2024-10-17 11_44_57-Workflows _ Microsoft Teams

When we try to add a workflow to a Teams channel, the connections load indefinitely.

We have tried clearing the cache, resetting Teams, and uninstalling and reinstalling Teams.

The issue also occurs in the web version of Teams.

The newes teams version is installed.

    Could you please tell me:

    Can users who cannot open Workflow create flows using PowerAutomate?

    If users cannot create flows using PowerAutomate, the problem may be that their PowerAutomate licenses have expired.

    You can also unassign PowerAutomate licenses from users and reassign them.
