How can i get two screens up on my microsoft remote desktop. I have a second screen set up but cant open a second remote desktop to be able to work from both screens. None of the instructions online are helping at all there is no pencil icon on my app in order to open Edit Connection Settings. I have a drop down that says: Pin to Menu Bar; Preferences...; Help; Import from RDP file...; Quit. And a second drop down that says: Add PC; Add Workspace. Please help make my recovery from surgery working form home better. Thanks!

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum.

May I know what version of the remote desktop client you are using? Note that the Microsoft Store version of the client does not support multiple monitors.

You can refer to this document to try to configure multiple monitors:

Configure multiple monitors for your dev box - Microsoft Dev Box | Microsoft Learn

I hope this helps. If the problem persists, please continue to contact us.

    Best regards

    Jacen
