Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

I want to enable Copilot on Desktop Apps.

I believe I have the correct licence to access MS CoPilot from the desktop apps on my Mac. I have installed the latest version of the Office 365 apps but still do not see the CoPilot icon.

Please let me know what additional steps I need to take?

I have the same problem. Really hard to troubleshoot this.

    Family subscription

    Desktop apps

Co-Pilot shows on other apps except Outlook. However, it appears when I use the online version of Outlook.

I understand your concern about not seeing the Copilot icon on your desktop apps despite having the correct license and the latest version of Office 365 installed. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1.      Verify License: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 license includes access to Copilot features. Sometimes, specific licenses are required to enable certain functionalities.

    2.      Check for Updates: Make sure that both your Office 365 apps and your Mac operating system are up to date. Updates often include fixes and new features that might resolve your issue.

    3.      Enable Copilot: Sometimes, the Copilot feature needs to be enabled manually. You can do this by going to the settings or options menu within your Office 365 apps and looking for the Copilot feature.

    4.      Organizational Policies: Check with your IT department to ensure that there are no organizational policies or settings that might be preventing the Copilot icon from appearing. Sometimes, administrative settings can restrict certain features.

    5.      Support and Logs: If the issue persists, it might be helpful to capture HAR logs and share them with Microsoft support for further investigation. This can help pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. You can follow these steps to capture HAR logs:

    ·         Open Edge and press F12 to launch the Developer Tools.

    ·         Go to the Network tab and select "Preserve log."

    ·         Reproduce the issue and then export the HAR file.

    ·         Share the HAR file with Microsoft support for further analysis
