I'm stuck in an Authenticator loop

Hello,
I have a non Microsoft email linked to a microsoft account and when I want to connect, my password is OK but there is 2FA and only 2 options to use Authenticator that I don't have anymore...
And when I want to recreate an account on Authenticator, it ask me Authenticator codes...
So I'm stuck in an Authenticator loop and I don't have access to my domain account to deactivate this 2FA...
How can I delete this 2FA and retrieve my access?
