Credit card fraud issue.

I have encountered an unauthorized charge of NT$3,000 on my credit card associated with Azure. At the time of the transaction, there was no notification or explanation regarding the charge. I was under the impression that the Azure trial was free of charge. Even if it wasn't a pay-as-you-go service, I would not expect such a significant charge without prior notice.

I have checked my Azure account and found no record of the transaction or any registered payment method. Despite multiple attempts to contact Azure Support Service, I have been unable to obtain any assistance. The phone support informed me that there is no such service and directed me to online support, which stated that Azure does not have a contact window.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of the unauthorized charge.

    Hi @凱傑 詹 ,

the best option is to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

In Q&A there is no chance to do the requested investigation. It has to be done by the official Azure Support channel/team.
