Request to extend Github Enterprise Subscription

Hi there,

We were wondering if there is a way to extend our GitHub Enterprise subscription. Our startup (Regain, Inc) is a part of the MS for Founders Hub and our GitHub Enterprise subscription expired on Auguest 17 this year.

We have recently found a product-market fit, but we are still strapped for cash so we would really appreciate if we could get an extension of this benefit.

    Hi @Anton Kim

    As I previously stated, credits are time based upon the date of redemption and level. However, you can achieve an extension by obtaining additional credits. In the dashboard, for example, you will see the list of requirements to go from L1 to L2, which will extend your credits by (normally) a full year.

    However, that is only applicable to Azure credits. First and third-party benefits do not fall into this category. Unfortunately, it's not possible to obtain an extension for those types of benefits.
