An access denied error occurs when adding a new connection to the SFTP connector

My client provided me with details such as 'Server name, User name, Password, Port number'. Despite having all these details, I always get an access denied error when creating a new connection (Note that I have got owner permissions at the subscription level). It would be helpful if someone could suggest any solutions here
