Windows 11 24h2 Changes

It appears Windows 11 24h2 and Server 2025 are diverging. The way they are diverging is OS device virtualization. If I install 24h2 on a virtual machine it is rather similar to 2025. If I install 24h2 on base metal I now get this process 'secure system' which grabs a lot of memory. I suspect it requires this to do device driver (and other) security and virtualization techniques. My question is can someone point me to a doc that describes what is going on in detail with the 'secure system' process?
