Unexpected withdrawal of money from the account

Hello, on October 12, $27.27 was taken from my Bank of Georgia Account from Microsoft Ireland, I dont have any subscriptions that need that amount of money, maybe I have some subscription by accident but I dont know, please give me the exact mail or something like that where I can ask Microfot support team to give my money back and let me know what was the reason, because that is not a tiny amount of money in my country when I dont had any purpose or a reason to pay it, thank you in advance and looking forward to your help.

You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.
