al momento de instalar Office LTSC 2021 me salta un error al momento de iniciar la herramienta de instalación que es el siguiente 0-2048 (0), quiero saber como solucionar el problema

The above error code indicates a problem with the setup process or conflicts with existing Office installations.
Remove Office completely. Download and run the tool from here to ensure a clean uninstall.
Download a fresh copy of the Office LTSC 2021.
Run the installer as Admin.
Firstly Uninstall Office from a PC
Next Download a fresh copy of the Office LTSC 2021.
Run the installer as Admin.
Delete the 2nd reply...consider as duplicate entry.
