Hello, wife gave me a new iphone and she migrated all the information from my previous iphone and deleted all the info once it was done.
October 15 - i tried to log in to my accounts and unfortunately i didnt have back up in my icloud for the microsoft authenticator app. Now im trying to log in to other accounts that NEEED MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATORS CODE. So, basically im stuck in a loop where i cant access those accounts, because i dont have the authenticators code.
I managed to recover via email my two outlook accounts, but im still missing my JAGEX ACCOUNT, cant log in because i needed the microsoft authenticator, but the jagex authenticator was lost in my old phone that info got deleted, does microsoft have a backup for me in this case? i've all the info linked to my jagex account, as well all the info linked to the app store account that is used in the phone.
Already reviewed and i dont have the icloud backup for it, but i do have all the informations that were in that app, i still have the previous phone (with no data).

2024-10-20T01:46:45.08+00:00 question itself: on how to restore the Jagex account even if you already restore the Microsoft account linked on the Jagex account.
Jagex support already answered and metioned that i need to seek support from the authenticator that i chose (msft authenticator in this case)
so, please let me know how i can handle this to re-gain access to my account.

I’ve downloaded authenticator but it just puts me in this infinite loop. I get the 2 digits on my screen and I’m asked to enter it on the app. But there’s no where to enter it.
I'm using it to authenticate my outlook email for work. I got the password and everything it’s just the authenticator app.
