Multiple SSD, Multiple Windows licenses on the same PC, Increase capability of a PC.

Good day! It's strange that I couldn't find a costumer service where to address the problem. Thus, I really feel fulfilled that I've paid for multiple licenses of windows.

I have a few PC and Laptops. Some with Linux some with Windows. I have one dedicated PC just for windows with better hardware to fulfill the hardware demands. I've brought about 4 hard dives for this one PC. Likewise, I've brought 4 or more licenses for this PC. To install the operating system on each hard drive and to activate each one separate.

I wanted one hard drive SSD to have the older and more nostalgic games. Another to have all the software necessary for design and publishing. Another for video productions. Other for more professional games, more recent.

I while I was able to set them to start whichever I wanted from the bios. Then after updates I was forced to unplug them! And use just the one I wanted to use. Worked a while.

Now I can't use any of them. Only an older license I've brought to make a portable USB Windows 10. That's still working. I would rather not buy another 4 or 5 PCs to solve this problem.  Either you drop the bios blocking or give me a refund and from now on, make it clear for the buyers that they do not own their hardware and can't even switch and use their licenses.

It seems activation server got confused when switching between multiple installations on the same machine.

You may contact Microsoft's activation support line to resolve activation issues with legitimate licenses.

You may opt for Virtual Machines where you could use a single Windows installation as host and run multiple virtual machines for your different purposes. Each VM would need its own license.

    Hello

The issue occurred after we updated the BIOS or have we replace the motherboard?

Usually the activation should work once it is activated unless we replace the motherbord or other hardware. It may need to reactivation.

Anyway, we could open administrator command line then run "slui 4" to perform a phone activation. Then check the issue again.
