Subject: Request for Resolution - Multiple Azure Fundamentals Exam Issues and Failed Code

Dear Microsoft Certification Support,

I am writing to request your assistance regarding multiple issues I have encountered while attempting to take the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam.

On October 1st, 2023, I scheduled and paid for the AZ-900 exam. However, during the exam, I experienced a technical issue that resulted in a sudden disconnection from the Pearson VUE proctor. Despite paying the exam fee of $55 USD, I was unable to complete the exam due to this unforeseen circumstance.

Determined to continue my certification journey, I rescheduled and paid for the exam again on October 7th, 2023. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in passing the exam on my second attempt.

Subsequently, I received an email containing a single-use code to be used for rescheduling the exam. However, upon entering this code during the payment process, I was informed that the code was invalid.

Given the financial burden of repeatedly paying the exam fee ($55 USD, equivalent to approximately 3000 Egyptian Pounds), I am requesting a resolution to this matter. I have invested significant time and effort in preparing for this exam, and these technical difficulties have hindered my progress.
