How Do I Change "Microsoft Entra ID" To My Company Name

    Hi @Joel

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

    I understand that you are trying to change your account name "Microsoft Entra ID" to your company name.

    Follow the below steps to rename your account:

    • Login into your azure portal with your credentials.
    • Go to your Entra Id tenant.
    • Go to Overview>Properties.
    • Click on the name and change this from whatever your tenant is currently called to your company name.
    • Select save at the bottom of your screen.
    • The update takes a few seconds, then you see a success message. See the below image for your reference: User's image

    Then try to sign in into your authenticator app, you can see that your "Microsoft Entra ID" account name is changed to your company name in your account.

    Bandela, good evening.

    As a start, again thank you for your assistance and patience.

    I cannot tell you what happened but all of a sudden I the SAVE button is active.

    I did change the NAME field. I will revert in a few days and let you know whether it worked (as it took a few days to propagate last time).
