Is Windows 11 Arm native support OpenGL ?

I saw this article (https://devblogs.microsoft.com/directx/announcing-the-opencl-and-opengl-compatibility-pack-for-windows-10-on-arm/), but it's for win10, I want to know if the win11 arm native support opengl? Do I still need the compatibility pack?
