    HI,

Welcome to Q&A, can you please share more information on this ? if i assume this you are trying to add customer domain in Microsoft Entra (AAD) and verification keeps on failing?

If yes you can go to Help&Support section and create a ticket.

    Hi Wordworks AI,

To verify your business domain through Founders Hub, follow these simple steps:

    1. Log in to Founders Hub and head to the Home page.
    2. Select "See all tasks," and you see the task titled "Verify your domain." Click the button to verify your domain. This screen allows you to enter your business URL.
    3. Click the button to start the verification process and enter your business URL in the provided field.
    4. Make sure the email you’ve used for Founders Hub matches your domain. If needed, you can update your email via the provided link.

Once you’ve submitted everything, our team will review your domain and confirm that your email matches it. Keep in mind that you must own the domain, it can’t belong to someone else.
