Hello

Please i need your help on this.

I stared 17/10-2024 at 3:15 PM.

But the jobs haven't started, the status still tells me that the job is "In Progress".

I cant find a way to remove or restart this batch/jobs, and have a deadline for deliver this logs!

My problem is that i can´t, in Admin Exchange Online (ECP), under "Mail Low - Message trace" do something about the 3 started reports.

Since Friday 17_th_ October at 3:15 PM, the status is unchanged, still "In progress".

Hi, @IniobongNkanga-8038

I've noticed that you're working on multiple message tracking reports at the same time, which can cause long delays.

When the report is ready, you will be notified of the reserved recipients.

You can consider temporing your query or simplifying your search criteria.

In addition, you can use the command to terminate the query.

Stop-HistoricalSearch -Identity <SearchIdentity>
