Unable to create cluster in Azure Databricks, getting error max quota reached

I have created a new account in Azure. While I am trying to create a new cluster its is saying max quota reached. Although I have not created any cluster in my subscription. Below is the screenshot.

    This is not the error message and it's just a warning message.

    I agree that it looks like an error message but it's a warning message to indicates that the : This account may not have enough CPU cores to start the cluster. Contact your administrator to increase the limits.

    As per the repro from my end, I had tried to create a cluster with single node which consumes 4 cores and able to successfully create the cluster without any issue.

    Hi @DebajitP ,

    if you get the error message This account may not have enough CPU cores .... you should check the available CPU quotas:

    If you don't see any quota information it might be the resource provider Microsoft-Compute isn't registered. You can verify/register the required Resource Provider here:
