When I try to sign into my Team account, I receive the message that I need to enter a code in my Authenticator app.
When I go to Authenticator app on my mobile device to enter the code, I am prompted to first sign in. When I try to sign in there, I receive message "Enter Code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device."
I have removed and reinstalled Authenticator.
I am unable to change any settings in my account to turn off MFA because .... I can't sign in.
How can I sign into my account??
I work as an independent consultant so I don't have an IT department to go to - I am the IT department.
