Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

An external user reported that they could not access the SharePoint site.

A test user was created and added to the corresponding security group "SharePoint External Access Group - PSDS Phase 4: MK Council" (see members in the screenshot attached). Upon visiting the site the following error is received (see attachment below) "Unknown issue" and is redirected to "https://f.

Upon further investigation it was found that this now extends to all of these subsites which were previously reachable, with this setup.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038,

The error message "we're Sorry, sign-in isn't working now. But we're on it!" may indicate a temporary issue with the Microsoft account service or a problem with the external user's access configuration. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Check User Permissions: Ensure that the external user is correctly added to the "SharePoint External Access Group - PSDS Phase 4: MK Council" and that the group has the necessary permissions to access the site.
    2. Verify Account Status: Confirm that the external user's account is active and not experiencing any issues. Sometimes, accounts can be disabled or removed from the directory.
    3. Clear Browser Cache: In some cases, browser caching can cause issues with sign-in. Clearing the browser cache may help resolve the problem.
    4. Reinvite the External User: If the issue persists, consider removing the external user from the group and then reinviting them to access the site.
