How do I find the owner of an enrollment account?

I have some enrollment account GUIDs, and I would like to find out the name of the person who owns these accounts.

To view the enrollment details, please follow below steps:
1.Sign in to the Azure portal

2.Navigate to Cost Management + Billing.

3.In the left menu, select Billing scopes and then select a billing account scope.

4.In the navigation menu, under Settings, select Properties.

5.View the billing account information.
