Passkeys for My Account

Hi,

I am confused. I want to enable passkeys in my Microsoft account.

I Googled how to do this but it did not help.

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account Advanced Security Options. Ok, how to do this? I do not see an advanced security option in my Microsoft account.
2. how do I enable passkeys or FIDO2, if FIDO2 is on my iPhone or HP laptop.
