I have an Azure for Students subscription that is gives 100 euros budget. I have barely used the services so far and wanted to practice now. But the budget is gone and shows 0 euros, even though I haven't used the services and always showed that my costs are 0 euros. Why did my budget disappear out of nowhere?

    Hello Panayiotis Liotatis

    Thanks for your question.

You can view the reasons why in the cost management section.

Log in to the Azure Portal: Portal

    • Go to “Cost Management + Billing”: On the left-hand side, navigate to Cost Management + Billing.
    • View Cost Analysis: In the Cost Management section, select Cost analysis. This will give you a breakdown of your costs based on different resources, services, and subscriptions.
    • You can filter by date, services, or subscriptions, and generate custom reports based on your usage.

The above should tell you which resources consumed your subscription.

You can also reach out to support: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola

    Hi @Panayiotis Liotatis
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
Log into your Azure account and go to the "Cost Management + Billing" section to see if any services have charged you.

Review any resources you’ve set up to ensure none are exceeding the free limits, as small uses can add up.

Check your billing history for any charges that might not be immediately obvious.

If you still can’t find anything, reach out to Azure support for assistance; they can help you look into your account details.

Monitor your usage regularly to avoid any unexpected charges in the future.

If you have any further queries, do let us know.
