Hello,

One of our users is missing the "Teams Meeting" button when they go into the calendar section of Outlook 2019. This user has teams installed, and they are logged into both Teams and Outlook with the same account.

If I navigate to the add-ins section of "Options" for Microsoft Office, you will see the that the add-in called "Microsoft Teams Melding Add-in for Microsoft Outlook" is an active add-in, it is not disabled nor is it inactive.

When I try to "Customize" their ribbon and navigate to the "All Commands" section, I do not see a "Teams Meeting" command to add.

What steps would we need to take to be able to fix this problem?

Thanks,

George

    Hi @George Gaprindashvili

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know: The issue might be caused by a problematic installation of the Teams Meeting add-in or because the users' mailboxes are hidden from the Global Address List (GAL).

Please refer to the article Resolve issues with Teams Meeting add-in for Outlook - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn and have a try.
