504 error while trying to submit abuse form!

I have been receiving several DDOS attacks coming form Microsoft Data Center IPs (US and CA) since a week now. While trying to submit a report via https://msrc.microsoft.com/report/abuse Im getting a 504 error!
Is there another proper and efficient way to send a report???
