I understand that you are unable to log into the Microsoft Authenticator app and are stuck in a loop asking for a code.
To resolve this, you need to re-register for multifactor authentication. Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Azure portal using global admin credentials.
- On the left, select Microsoft Entra ID > Users > All users.
- Choose your account, then select Authentication methods and click "Require re-registration for MFA."
- Click OK; this will deactivate and delete all authentication methods.
After that, sign out of your account and sign in again using your browser. You will be prompted to set up MFA again, which usually involves scanning a QR code with the authenticator app. This should allow you to log in to your account.
