I understand your concern about not receiving your digital badge for the Fluency Achievement in the EIS M365 Copilot Quest. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1.      Verify Completion: Ensure that you have completed all the required learning modules and activities for the "Fluency Achievement" in the M365 Quest. Sometimes, missing a small step can delay the badge issuance.

    2.      Check Your Email: Look for any emails from Microsoft regarding your digital badge. The email might contain instructions on how to claim your badge. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.

    3.      Contact Support: If you have verified your completion and checked your email but still haven't received your badge, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance. Provide them with details of your completion and any relevant information to help them resolve the issue.
