Download file from Copilot

Question

I need Copilot to transform a PowerPoint file into Word. It reads the PowerPoint normally, says it's going to do it, and enters a line saying "Download Word Document". But there is no link. I ask it to generate it again, and the same thing happens. I've tried it on several different networks and with different documents, and I always get the same problem.
