Unable to see the owner of the subscription which I pay for

Hello!

I am unable to see any data of a specific Azure Subscription. How I can get these data?

If I can try to get role then it is disables (since I do not have the proper permission I guess..)ű

I have only one directory.

It would be urgent since I pay for this subscription and try to cancel it somehow but can not find the owner..

Hello

Do you happen to be the Global Admin of the tenant where the Azure subscription is located? If you are, or can get a hold of a person who is, you/that person can use Global Admin to gain access to all subscriptions within your tenant.

To do this, log in as the Global Admin account and go to Entra ID
In the left pane select "properties", then under "Access management for Azure resources" there is an option to let the current Global admin account manage all Azure subscriptions in this tenant :)
