Could you please ensure that your configuration page is correctly set up and that it calls the microsoftTeams.settings.setValidityState(true) method? This method enables the "Save" button by indicating that the configuration is valid.

Also, make sure you have registered the onSaveHandler in your configuration page. This handler is responsible for saving the settings when the user clicks the "Save" button.
