Use browser empty cache and hard reload feature. It works after that.

I have a working internet connection, and all other websites work as expected. But When I login into ms.portal.azure.com it throws "There is no internet connection" You must have an internet connection to access Azure portal. Check your connection and try again.
I'm unable to connect to azure support due to the entire azure portal being down and also customer care number redirects to the help page. Please help
