How to resolve sql database engine failure during sql server installation?

While installing sql server, I encountered failure from the installation process

In C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\nnn\Setup Bootstrap\Log, you find one folder per installation attempt. The files of most interest are Summary.txt and detail.txt. Feel free to attach them here. If there is a file with name ERRORLOG plus a date in the folder, attach that one too.

nnn is a number that depends on the version of SQL Server you are trying to install. For SQL 2022, it would be 160.
