Hi,

We are in the 25K bracket of MSFH. We have about 2 weeks of money left, but we are suddenly being told that our engagement score is not adequate.

We've spoken to several senior Azure advisers, support engineers and taken their advice on board - including things like OpenAI load balancing. We've redeemed benefits, actively used Azure and grown to over 50 customers.

How can we ensure that we progress to the next stage? We really feel that we've deeply integrated Azure into our tech stack, and trusted that this program would help us to a profitable business, but it seems that we are being blindsided instead...

I would strongly recommend you contact support directly regarding this. You also can take a look at public docs like below, as those will guide you.

The Engagement score is our way of providing visibility into the likelihood of receiving additional credits and is loosely tied to the depth and breadth of your Azure usage. I'm glad the credits you've received are helpful and would clarify that additional credits are not guaranteed. We do not provide specific guidance on changing your score. Instead, we encourage Startups to continue making technical decisions that are right for their overall success.

    Hi Rohan Pathak,

I understand that you’re building your startup and making use of the available credits. Just a note: the Engagement score tracks how actively you’re utilizing Azure, reflecting your partnership with Microsoft. Increased usage of Azure can positively impact your Engagement score.

Please note that only startups with an Azure credit offer of $25,000 or more will see an Engagement score displayed in the Founders Hub.

Why do I get “No Score Available” under Engagement score?

The Engagement score is not available for accounts with Azure credit offers of $5,000 or less. This tile will display “No score available.” The Engagement score will start to calculate for accounts with Azure credit offers of $25,000 or more within the first three months of being accepted into the program or approved for the next credit offer. During this time, you see “No score available.” On month four, the score will populate and guide you to keep building and try new Azure services.

If you found the information helpful, we would greatly appreciate it if you could acknowledge it by selecting the Accept Answer & Upvote options.
