You don't need to do anything. When the sandbox expires all resources will be automatically deleted. If you leave Azure portal open it will not update to show that things are deleted, however, if you later click on a resource you will see errors/strange behavior since the resources and Concierge subscription itself are gone.
One caution is if you have your own Azure subscription (e.g. Free Trial). If this is the case you need to be careful when doing exercises that you are completing them with the sandbox/Concierge subscription and not your own. For example, when in the Azure portal click the gear icon in upper right and make sure the correct subscription shows as Current.
