Teams showing orange triangle conflict in personal account? OrgAccount?

I suspect this problem has something to do with me having an organizational account which I setup years ago, and really don't understand it's use? But I have a Teams login for various companies which all works great, but my personal Microsoft Outlook account shows an Orange Triangle next to it in teams. I do use this personal email address for a Office365 family plan, and would like to get it de-linked from anything that is causing this error. Any idea where I should be looking to get this setup properly? What is the purpose of this organizational account, I may of set it up years ago when I could of been messing with Azure login?

    Hi @Albert Franz

Could you please tell me what the warning message is that Teams displays when you hover your mouse over the orange exclamation mark?

You can try logging out of Teams and logging back in to see if the problem is resolved.

You can also clear the team cache:

Hover over the Orange Triangle it says:

"There are issues with some of your accounts and orgs."

Will have to try some of your suggestions, thanks.
